| All injectors are completely disassembled. After a thorough cleaning we inspect each part for wear. Any parts outside of tolerance range are either reconditioned or replaced as needed. We always install brand new nozzle tips so these are never checked, always discarded. All internal and external seals are also discarded. Depending on the make of your injectors we replace the following: |

| Your injectors are then reassembled using the proper factory tooling and techniques. All injectors are fully pressure tested for both internal and external leakage. Injectors are then calibrated to ensure that you not only have the proper flow but also a matched flow. All external seals are installed. |
| NOTE*** Please follow all manufacturer's guidelines for injector removal (and installation too). Please be aware that if you remove the injectors improperly and cause any cosmetic damage that the injectors will be shipped back the same way. Injector bodies and electronic coils are rarely replaced so if you gouge into the injector with vise grips or similar then be advised that the injectors will be returned to you with these gouge marks as long as the parts were not damaged beyond cosmetically. Please take extra care in the removal of your injectors. |
