Follow steps 1-3 below to send us your diesel fuel injection pump, diesel fuel
injectors, or turbocharger to be repaired and returned. You do not have to notify us
that you are shipping out your order (unless you are an international customer). Just
simply ship it to the address below. Once we receive your shipment we will take it
from there.
1) Get Your Quote

2) Print Out The Form
Click Here to print out the form. After you have printed out the form you will need
to fill it out for us. You will include all of your info such as name, address, problems
you are having, credit card number, etc. If you do not have a printer or if your printer
is not working just simply write down the form on a piece of paper as you see it on
the screen and fill it out that way. Please print clearly! You will put this form inside of
the shipping box.
3) Ship Your Order To Us (address below:)
Take extra care to package your item(s) sucurely. You can not ship items containing
diesel fuel or oil. You must drain and remove all fuel and oil from your items before
packaging. Put your item(s) in a sturdy plastic bag and seal the bag completely.
Shake the box after you have packaged your item. If your item moves any you will
need to repackage it. Ship your order to the address below by any shipping
company you wish to use (UPS, FEDEX, etc.). That's It!

Once we receive your order we will completely disassemble, clean, and inspect it.
We will then contact you with a final price before we proceed with repairs. The
final price will depend on the parts your order will need.
Once you authorize us to proceed with repairs we will charge your credit card the
total repair cost plus return shipping charges. Your order will be finished as soon
as possible.
We must charge a $75.00 diagnosis fee plus return shipping charges on all orders
if you decide not to proceed with repairs. We must charge this fee to cover our
time, use of tools and equipment, and the fees associated with cleaning your order
(chemicals). This fee is waived if you decide to proceed with repairs.
We will then contact you with a final price before we proceed with repairs. The
final price will depend on the parts your order will need.
