What shipping company do I use to ship my pump to you?
|
|
|
|
|
It makes no difference which company you use. UPS, FEDEX, USPS, they all will
ship to our address and do so daily.
|

Who pays for the shipping?
|
|
|
|
|
You are responsible for all shipping charges including return shipping.
|

What if my package arrives on a Saturday. Will somebody be there to get it?

Sure. There is always someone here on Saturdays to accept your packages.
|

What do I do if my pump is nasty?
|
|
|
|
|
You must clean off your pump, injectors, or turbocharger before packaging them
(DO NOT use water). None of the shipping companies will ship an item that has
fuel or oil in or on it. You must drain all of the fuel or oil before packaging. DO NOT
ship us anything that is going to leak.

How well do I need to package my item?
|
|
|
|
|
|
If your item moves inside of the sealed box you must repackage it. Any movement
will only get worse during shipment. All items must be in a sealed and sturdy plastic
bag. You must take extra care when you package your items.
If you can't do this...don't send it to us.

Is my pump insured when you ship it back to me?
|
|
|
Yes. Insurance is included in the return shipping charges.
|

|
What shipping company do you use for returning my order?
|
|
|
UPS. We ship out all orders by UPS.
|

Can I track my shipment on the way back to me?
|
|
|
Sure. We will send you the tracking number by email once we have it available.
|

How soon will my shipment arrive?
|
|
|
Once we finish repairs we can ship your order out several ways. It all depends on
how fast you need it and how much money you are wanting to spend on shipping.
We can ship UPS Ground (1-7 days), UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or
UPS 3 Day Select.
