REAL DIESEL WARRANTY
REAL DIESEL herein supplies a limited express warranty to its buyers who purchase service on diesel fuel injectors. REAL DIESEL warrants that such
service is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months / unlimited mileage from the date the injectors are shipped from REAL
DIESEL'S facility. REAL DIESEL will repair, at its sole option, injectors that are found to be defective in material or workmanship upon inspection by REAL
DIESEL personnel when the injectors have been used under conditions for which the injectors were designed to operate. No warranty will be in effect
for any of the following reasons:
Chemical attack, corrosion or erosion;
Non-compatible or dirty diesel fuel;
Water in fuel system;
Seal degradation due to contamination (including diesel fuel and gasoline), excessive heat or misapplication;
Improper installation or removal of injectors;
Maintenance or disassembly of the injectors if performed by anyone other than REAL DIESEL personnel without REAL DIESEL'S’ permission, prior
to the date of warranty expiration;
No sales agent of REAL DIESEL shall have the right to determine warranty periods, terms or conditions for injectors if such statements by the sales agents
are different from those included herein. Buyer understands that REAL DIESEL will not be held liable for any other costs or damages including any charges
for removal, installation, assembly or any other charges in connection with the repair of the injectors. All returned products must have, before being
returned to REAL DIESEL, an "RMA" (return material authorization) number assigned to it by REAL DIESEL customer service department.
THE WARRANTY STATED IN THIS SECTION IS REAL DIESEL'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PERTAINING TO INJECTOR SERVICE, AND REAL
